KOFLOW valve group was established in 1987, is a large scaled valve enterprise with integrated R&D, manufacturing, and marketing. After 20 years development, now KOFLOW valve group has three production bases and 5 subsidiaries. The annual output value near to 500 million in the year of 2008, tax revenue reach 20 million, covers an area of 78000 square meters, construction area of 52000 square meters. KOFLOW valve group has 582 stuff, of which 115 are professional technicians, with 8 senior engineers and 32 intermediate engineers. KOFLOW valve group consists of its own foundry, machining workshops, and welding heat treatment, assembly & test, laboratory for physical &chemical analysis , and is well equipped with advanced processing and test machines more than 300 sets, such as CNC machining centers, plasma spraying welding machines, large-sized spherical machines, ultra-high frequency vacuum heat treatment equipments, physical &chemical analysis equipments, NDE equipments , automatic painting line ,etc.
Our main products included Gate, Globe and Check valves, Ball valves, Butterfly valves, Plug valves as well as power station valves which can comply with different international valve standards codes and specifications. The main materials include carbon steel such as A216 WCB, WCC, WCA; A352 LCB, LCC; stainless steel such as A351 CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CF8C, CG8M, CG3M, CN7M and their equivalent forged material grades; Alloy steel such as A217 C5, WC6, WC9, C12, C12A and their equivalent forged material grades; Nickel-based alloy such as Inconel 625, Incoloy 528, Monel 400, Monel 500, etc., with the nominal size from 1/2” to 140”(DN15-3500mm),,and pressure rating from 150LBS to 4500LBS. The products are widely used in the fields of petrochemical, natural gas, oil, metallurgy, construction, hydropower, jet fuel, etc.
